WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over 100,00 EUR for POST delivery type. Prices apply to packages up to 10 kg.
If the weight of the goods in the shopping cart exceeds the 10 kg limit, different shipping costs apply then please contact support.
Delivery to countries not listed in the table above is not possible.

SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping costs are to be considered VAT excluded and are to be paid by the buyer. For direct shipments to USA, if the order value is below 800 USD custom duties are not applied. For shipments to extra EU countries, the customs duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is valid on international orders.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
